Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to flyblueoo.pro, Fly Blueoo, and the free browser game Cloud Hopper. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Entertainment service

Cloud Hopper is provided for recreational, skill-based play. Scores, welcome sets, bonuses, multipliers, virtual marks, and other game labels are fictional features with no monetary or property value. They cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, redeemed, or withdrawn. The service does not promise prizes or financial outcomes.

Acceptable use

You may use the service for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Do not disrupt the service, bypass security, automate abusive traffic, extract protected content at scale, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, or use the service unlawfully. Do not represent yourself as affiliated with Fly Blueoo without written permission.

Intellectual property

The site’s branding, original text, visual presentation, and software are owned by or licensed to Fly Blueoo and are protected by applicable law. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service as intended. They do not transfer ownership. General ideas and familiar game concepts are not claimed beyond the protection the law provides.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service. Local scores or settings may be lost after browser changes, maintenance, or an update. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, or compatibility with every device. Important changes to these Terms will be reflected by a new effective date.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as is and as available to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties that are not legally required. To the maximum extent permitted, Fly Blueoo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the service. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing principles

Applicable mandatory consumer protections remain in force. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement about the service, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
